The Magnolia Greens recreation center renovation and expansion has been completed, delivering a major upgrade designed to support the community’s continued growth.
The project expanded the facility’s aerobics and fitness rooms, introduced updated workout equipment, renovated bathrooms and locker rooms, and added a versatile multi-purpose room. As part of the expansion, the main building increased from 7,000 to 8,200 square feet, with additional space dedicated to the multi-purpose area.
Originally scheduled for completion in April 2019, the project experienced weather-related delays but has since been successfully finished. The enhanced recreation center now offers residents improved amenities and flexible spaces for fitness, gatherings, and community activities.
