As the first community to be built in Leland, North Carolina, Magnolia Greens is a well established community with a unique personality and equally unique value proposition. At the time of its construction in the late 1990s, there were several other high-end golf communities across the country – but homes in these neighborhoods often came with a high-end price tag as well.

Magnolia Greens Plantation Golf
While it’s not necessarily a “golf community” in that you need to play golf to enjoy living here, Magnolia Greens Plantation is certainly an ideal community for any golfer! With 27 holes of championship golf to explore, there’s so much fun to be had for golfers of all skill levels. The 27 holes are divided into three courses, each named after flowers local to the Leland area: the Azalea, the Magnolia, and the Camellia. In addition to the three unique courses, Magnolia Greens Plantation also offers a driving range for residents to knock off the rust, sharpen their skills, or even learn the game of golf as a beginner. There’s also a fully-stocked pro shop onsite, as well as a clubhouse with a full-service restaurant and bar.

The Attractions
Magnolia Greens is just a short drive from so many towns, cities, beaches, and attractions that are just waiting to be explored. If you’re moving from out of state, or are new to the Brunswick/New Hanover County areas, you may even be overwhelmed by the abundance of things to do nearby—let alone all of the fun amenities to explore within the community itself.
