The plan to remodel and expand the Magnolia Greens’ recreation center to accommodate the expanding population is nearly complete. By all accounts, the project looks to be a a grand success.
The new renovation plans include expanding the building’s aerobics and workout rooms, updating fitness equipment, renovating bathrooms and locker rooms and adding a multi-purpose room. The expansion will move the 7,000 sq/ft building to 8,200 sq/ft, not including the multi-purpose room.
Originally scheduled to conclude in April 2019, the project was delayed due to weather-related setbacks. Fortunately, the new recreation center will be opening soon.
